The whole election process was incredibly inspiring and really made me consider my motivations for standing for MCP in a way I hadn't done previously! Also watching Dey select his team and put together a kick-ass group of diverse people both in terms of skills, nationality and attitude made me realise how grateful I am for the team that I will be working with for the next year!

GN time was abfab! Not only did WENA get its groove on spirit wise, we also got a serious amount of work done! I think it is safe to say that they process driven GN is delievering on results!

The elects were treated to some amazing and truly inspirational sessions! The first of which was the Samurai Game, possibly the most intense experience that I have ever had! I challenge anybody to whole-heartedly take part in that game and walk away having not learned something about themselves! To be honest, I am only beginning to really understand the lessons I learned! Brodie also did a fab session with us on developing our stand, that is what we as people (not just MCPs) stand for in life! God love him he didn't exactly get us when we were "alive, awake and feeling great!" but in the end it turned out to be one of the most powerful sessions of the conference! I had some truly inspirational moments with people (they know who they are :))

Oh and then there was the fun fun fun night known as LEGISLATION!!!!! I would recommend anybody to become MCP just to go to Legislation!! and I am being genuinely serious here! most people hate it...I absolutely loved it!

A huge part of the agenda was taken up with the new planning process, the Balance Scorecard! As a WENA girl I was obviously taken with anything process driven :)

And of course there were the kick-ass parties....WENA on the last night was an inspired choice!
